Gloucester man faces shoe-bombing charges

Gloucester man Sajid Badat, who was arrested in November, has been remanded in custody on the charge that he "unlawfully and maliciously conspired to cause an explosion likely to endanger life or cause serious injury." Police claim to have found a "relatively small" amount of explosives and detonators at Badat's home.
